We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Dandelion Valley will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Dandelion Valley 7 - 10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Dandelion Valley will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at dandelionvalleyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Please contact us if you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return.
